Minimum stay: Four (4) nights. 10 night minimum
stay for visits between December 15 - January 10. Less than
minimum stay will be assessed a cleaning fee:
Studio cleaning fee - $65
1-bedroom cleaning fee - $75.00
2-bedroom cleaning fee - $95.00
Rates: All rates subject to change and do not include
Hawaii State and Hotel Taxes.
Tax
= 12.42% until 7/1/2010.

= 13.42% after 7/1/2010.
Check-in: After 3:00 pm. Check-out before 10:00
am.
Deposit: $125 non-refundable deposit to confirm
booking. Visa, MasterCard or a check in U.S. funds will
be accepted. All bookings are subject to a $25 reservation
fee.
Full payment: Due on all reservations 30 days prior
to arrival in low season and 60 days prior to arrival in
high season.
Cancellation policy: $125.00 cancellation fee charge
for any reservation cancelled. Reservations cancelled after
final payment has been made
are non refundable, unless unit can be rebooked for the
same time period.
Non-smoking: The Kealia Resort is a non-smoking
building in accordance with Hawaii state law.
